Here we go. The Frat party Dept of HHS:
The top Homeland Security official accused of cultivating a "frat-house"-style work environment has "voluntarily placed herself on leave" amid an internal review, the department told FoxNews.com late Tuesday evening -- just hours after FoxNews.com contacted the agency about new allegations against her.

The official, Suzanne Barr, is chief of staff for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Two more ICE employees came forward this week to complain about "lewd" conduct inside the agency, submitting sworn affidavits that depict graphic comments made by two top officials working under DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano.

Just when we thought it was over it's the State Dept:
Inadequate oversight, lax bookkeeping, sloppy paperwork, haphazard performance agreements and missing financial documentation have plagued U.S. State Department spending of tens of millions of dollars to combat climate change, according to a report by State’s internal financial watchdog — and the problem could be much, much bigger than that.

The audit report, issued last month by the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG), casts an unflattering spotlight on a relatively obscure branch of the State Department that supervises climate change spending, and depicts it as over-extended in its responsibilities, unstaffed in critical monitoring posts, and more concerned with spending money than in monitoring its effectiveness.

The State Department branch is known as the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs and its Office of Global Change, or OES/EGC, which have become the nerve center of the Obama administration’s international climate change policy, and the epicenter of its foreign climate change spending, which continues to balloon despite serious economic problems at home.

The OIG report points to a host of lapses in the way OES/EGC has supervised climate change spending, based on what the OIG observed in a sampling of climate change projects between 2006 and 2010, when the overall spending tab amounted to some $214 million.

Are we done yet? Nope. It's the Secret Service:
s many as a dozen U.S. Secret Service agents brought prostitutes to their hotel rooms in Colombia, shortly before President Barack Obama arrived in the country for an April summit, according to a recent military investigation.

The report revealed new details about the conduct of the service members, which also accuses them of allowing dogs to soil bed linens in the hotel rooms, during the prostitution scandal, which has engulfed both the military and Secret Service personnel.

According to the report, conducted by the U.S. Southern Command, headed by Gen. Douglas Fraser, the problems came to light when hotel staff complained to U.S. officials that military members had female guests in their rooms after 6 am., which was a violation of hotel policy.

The staff also complained that dog handlers in the military group reportedly allowed their dogs to sleep in beds, soil hotel linens and also soil other public areas around the building.

"The combination of unstructured free time, the prevalence of legalized prostitution and military members'' individual choices to commit misconduct were the primary causes of the bad behavior," the New York Daily News quoted the report, as stating.

How bout that Dept Of Defense?
(WASHINGTON TIMES) Allen W. Dulles, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) wrote in “The Craft of Intelligence,” “sex and hard-headed intelligence operations rarely mix well.” Perhaps the boys at the Pentagon need a refresher course.

This past week, the Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency warned its staff not to view porn on U.S. government computers. The Pentagon also released a report on April’s Secret Service Colombian scandal. The two are connected.

In April, I said the Colombian scandal exposed a national security problem, the epidemic of U.S. government employees viewing porn — child porn — on government networks. I suggested readers type “Transportation Security Administration,” “U.S. State Department,” “Pentagon,” “Immigration and Customs Enforcement” and “child porn” into Google’s search field to understand the scope. I neglected to include “Missile Defense Agency.”

Bloomberg quotes a cybersecurity expert saying the Missile Defense Agency’s use of porn is concerning because “many pornographic websites are infected and criminals and foreign intelligence services such as Russia’s use them to gain access and harvest data.”
